We begin staging with the big picture, unlike other stagers who simply edit your furniture or bring in theirs. We look at every aspect of getting your home sold. If you have bold colors or dated wallpaper, we may suggest that you have them painted. If you have visible leaks or stains from past leaks we will want to get those covered. Any negative item in the house leads your buyer to believe there are more problems, we address. We suggest you fix all you can up front in order to have a smooth closing and uneventful property inspection. I use subcontractors who are quick, efficient and cost effective. We also suggest a pre-property inspection so that there are no surprises or additional fees as you get close to closing.
